At our East Kootenay veterinary animal hospital, our compassionate and innovative team are dedicated to our patients and their owners. We are backed by years of expertise and a deep love of pets.
What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
Knowing what to expect at your first appointment will help make the process more pleasant for both you and your pet.
Make sure you arrive a few minutes early to your appointment so you and your pet can get checked in.
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our veterinary team will review your pet's health history with you and discuss their pre-existing issues. Feel free to ask any questions you have and we'll take the time to answer them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once we've assessed your pet, we will provide you with a diagnosis and what options exist for treatment. We will work with you to determine what the best course of action and treatment plan will be for you and your pet.
